Reached Humboldt Financial via Unbiased, and while very nervous about discussing personal finances with anyone we do not know; the help and guidance received from Oliver has gone a long way to reassure us. Once our AJBell accounts are created and pensions transferred we should start to see the benefit. So far every step with Oliver has been clearly explained and transparent, with all of our questions promptly answered. We can now look forward to retirement with Humboldts’ guidance.

Like most people when approaching retirement I was familiar with some of the facts and ignorant to others. I was also mindful of the horror stories of scams. I went for a free interview with Pension Wise and they pointed me in the direction of Unbiased. I entered details onto their secure website and they provided several options, one of which was Humboldt Financial. They were not local but the reports looked promising and I made contact with them. My first online meeting with Oliver was in October and less than four months later I have my pension and investment all sorted. It could have happened slightly quicker but I was still cautious and that will be the case for many people just starting their pension journey. All I can say is that I was extremely fortunate to be sent Humboldt's details and in getting the financial advice from Oliver has made the experience insightful and enjoyable.
