Heather Rafter leads the Financial Planning division at Humboldt Financial, bringing a wealth of experience in people management across a variety of industries and functions both client-facing and internal. With a strong foundation in team development and leadership, Heather is passionate about helping individuals thrive professionally and personally.
Known for her adaptability and skill to “wear many hats,” Heather excels at multitasking, prioritising effectively, and maintaining a clear focus on results. Her management style is tailored to each team member’s learning needs, ensuring that personal growth is supported and aligned with team and business objectives. At the core of Heather’s leadership philosophy is the belief that strong teams are built one individual at a time. Originally from Canada, Heather is happiest outdoors whether travelling with her two young children, exploring new places, or simply reconnecting with nature. She’s passionate about wellness and enjoys Pilates and yoga as part of her daily rhythm. A hands-on creative, she also loves knitting and sewing, finding calm and joy in the details.
